COSMOS has continuously met the customers' requirements in the production, quality, safety, environmental protection, and social responsibility of the company during the long-term cooperation with many large multinational companies, witnessing a continuous improvement of the production and quality management system, accumulating abundant experience.
Currently
COSMOS has established production and quality management systems that meet the GMP guidelines for APIs, passed the FDA onsite audit, and obtained the certification of quality management system, environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system, social responsibility management system (SA 8000:2014), and European Federation for Cosmetic Ingredients (EFfCI). By the effective implementation and continuous improvement of quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) systems, as well as the production and operation-related process regulations and post standard operation procedures (SOP), COSMOS can continue to ensure that they meet the specifications and standards of domestic and foreign regulatory authorities, while meeting customers' requirements for high-standard and personalized quality management and control.
Meanwhile, the Company actively increases the level of automation of production equipment, especially adding automation equipment to hazardous processes, which can both improve the level of production safety and reduce the ever-increasing unit labor costs.
