The subordinate factory of the Ma'anshan City Production Base, SINOBEST Cosmeceutical Co., Ltd., has been constructed in accordance with the GMP guidelines for APIs and has passed the FDA on-site audit. Over the years, COSMOS has adhered to market-oriented policies and is currently equipped with leading technology, preeminent research & development standard, and supreme product quality in related fields, and possesses numerous high-quality customer resources. COSMOS products are mainly sold in Europe and America, with our main products occupying a large market share of similar products.

Suqian COSMOS Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Suqian COSMOS")

Founded in October 2007, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of COSMOS, Suqian COSMOS is located in the Suqian Eco-chemical Science and Technology Industrial Park. Enjoying a convenient location for all transportation, it is 25 km from Xinyi Station of Longhai Railway in the north, 100 km from Lianyungang Airport in the east, 120 km from Lianyungang Seaport, 3 km from Nanjing-Suqian-Xuzhou Expressway which runs through the whole country in the west, and 55 km from Xuzhou Guanyin Airport. Suqian COSMOS is committed to the production, research & development, and sales of essence, raw materials of aroma and sunscreen, as well as pharmaceuticals, pesticide intermediates, and plastic additives. Founded in November 2010, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of COSMOS, SINOBEST engages in the research & development, production, and sales of sunscreen products. It was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in 2015.

SINOBEST is constructed and operated in accordance with the GMP guidelines for APIs, and is managed and controlled according to USP specifications. It has passed the certification of quality management system (ISO 9001:2008), environmental management system (ISO14001:2004), occupational health and safety management system (OH SOS 18001:2007), and social responsibility management system (SA8000:2008). It also has been audited by FDA on site.
